Purple Heat Lamp

The Purple Heat Lamp is a low-light incandescent lamp with ES (Edison Screw) for use with appropriate lamp holders (should have ceramic fittings for safety). These lamps are an ideal way of heating your animals as well as viewing them without disturbing them at night, as it is reminiscent of moonlight whilst providing a source of heat. Furthermore, the heat lamp comes individually packaged in foam boxes to protect them from damage in transit or during storage.

For a complete set-up, use the Purple Heat Lamp with (recommended):

We strongly recommend the use of a probe thermostat for use with all electrical sources of heating.
