How much does shipping cost?

The best way to determine the shipping cost is to proceed to checkout with your cart. Once you have entered your address, you will see the cost of different shipping options, including regular and express shipping. For special items (e.g., whelping boxes), send us an email with your order details (including address), and we will determine the cost of shipping for your order.

How long will it take for my order to reach me?

The time it takes to reach you will depend on several factors, including your location, the items you have ordered, and whether there is a particular burden on the postal system. All orders are sent out ASAP (often same-day) unless items are listed as back-ordered or special stock items (e.g., whelping boxes). Once your order is completed, you will automatically receive a tracking number. Use this number to track your order and receive the most accurate estimated arrival date.

What does it mean when an item is on backorder?

Backorder means we don’t have the item on our shelf ready to be sent off. These items are likely already on their way to us from our suppliers. Your order will be held back until back-ordered items arrive. If items are holding your order back, we will try to contact you via phone to discuss your options.

Can I bring back products I don’t end up using?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns unless there is a manufacturing fault. Due to the medical nature of our products and the risk of transference of contaminants (biohazards such as pathogenic micro-organisms, viruses, toxins, spores, fungi and bio-active substances), we do not accept returns based on “change of mind”. “Change of mind” includes finding the product cheaper elsewhere, deciding you don’t want the purchase, or have no use for it.
