  • Order Cutoff: Orders placed by 1:00 PM AEST will typically begin processing the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff will begin processing the next business day.
  • Business Days: Processing times exclude weekends and public holidays.

Shipping Methods and Costs

We offer reliable shipping options within Australia through Australia Post and courier services for selected items. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, order weight, and size.

Delivery Timeframes:

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Shipping Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately after placing your order. We will do our best to update the address if the order has not yet been dispatched. Once the order has been shipped, address changes cannot be made.

Undeliverable Packages

Packages returned to Whelping Supplies Pty Ltd as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refusal upon delivery, or failure to pick up from a designated location may incur additional shipping fees to re-dispatch the package.
