Troy Laxapet 100g

Troy Laxapet 100g is a palatable, mild laxative gel that aids in the treatment of constipation and other bowel obstructions, including ingested hair. It is suitable for cats and dogs and softens faeces when used 2 to 3 times per week.

Dosage and Administration: Troy Laxapet 100g is highly palatable and is generally easy to administer to pets. To acquaint the animal with the taste of Laxapet, place a small amount on the nose or in the mouth.

Cats

• Ingested hair: Administer 5g (~10cm strip) daily for 2 to 3 days, then 2.5g (~5cm strip) 2 to 3 times a week.
• Laxative: Administer 2.5g (~5cm strip) 2 to 3 times a week.

Dogs

• Laxative: Administer 15g (~30cm strip) 2 to 3 times a week for small dogs, double the dose for large dogs.

Composition: contains Paraffin 400mg/g.

NOTE: Prolonged use of laxatives may induce vitamin deficiency, so vitamin supplementation is recommended as preventive medicine. If symptoms are not alleviated, the owner is advised to seek veterinary attention.
