To change or cancel an order, you must contact our customer service team either by online chat, email at info@whelpingsupplies.com.au or by telephone on 0405 662 430 as soon as possible.
Please note that we try to ship orders on the same or next day and orders cannot be changed or cancelled once shipped, so please contact us as quickly as you can if you’ve made an order error.
Yes, you are welcome to come by and pick up your order. Please contact us to make an appointment, so that we can have your order ready for you, and to make sure we are in the office at that time. We are located on the Gold Coast, QLD, Australia.
We pack and send as soon as we can, usually the same or next business day. If there is an expected delay of more than 3 business days for dispatching your order, we will let you know.
For less frequently ordered products we sometimes have to access the product from one of our suppliers, causing a slight delay and meaning goods will ship within seven business days. If for some reason the supplier is unable to supply the goods within this timeframe, we will either cancel and refund your order or contact you with an estimated ETA and ask if you wish to wait or cancel the order for a full refund.
A few items are made to order (i.e. Puppy Gyms, Whelping Boxes) and they naturally take a little longer to make.
We say to allow 10 business days for delivery within Australia. However most of our customers find that their order arrives quicker. Most orders arrive in 3 to 5 business days. Actual delivery time depends on a number of factors including whether you have opted for Express over Regular post, the amount of mail the post office has to process at the time, and whether or not you live in a metropolitan area. The business is located on the Gold Coast, and most orders are shipped from here.
If you live outside Australia you’ll generally receive your order within 7 to 10 business days, but some orders can take up to 28 business days.
Whelping Supplies ships most goods using Australia Post trackable parcels, and Star Track for bulky items/orders. Goods are shipped as quickly as possible following the placement of an order, in almost all cases within three business days.
In Australia, under Australia Post rules you are deemed to agree to “Safe Drop” unless you notify Australia Post that you don’t agree. You do this by creating a MyPost account and recording your instructions. You must use the same name, email address and phone number you use with us when placing the order, otherwise Australia Post won’t be able to link the two. Unfortunately you need to do this, we can’t do it for you. You can also use your My Post account to redirect the order to a different address in some circumstances. In order to ensure we can give you the best possible prices, in some cases we will ship an order in two parcels, sometimes from different locations. Sometimes, to make parcels less bulky or protect fragile items, we place them within the packaging of another. So check inside boxes.

Yes, we offer a 7 day money-back guarantee, less shipping costs, provided the goods are returned in a saleable condition and are unused. The item needs to be in the original undamaged box/packaging, including all original packing and inclusions. We reserve the right to refuse the return of items that are returned incomplete or damaged in any way.
You are required to pay all shipping costs incurred in returning items to Whelping Supplies except in instances where the goods arrived faulty, or the incorrect product was shipped by Whelping Supplies.
To arrange for the return of an item please contact us to arrange a RA (Return Authorisation) Number and to obtain the return shipping address. No responsibility will be taken for goods returned without a RA number. RA Numbers will only be issued where contact is made within 7 days of receipt of the item from Whelping Supplies. Returned items must be received within 14 days.
All goods returned to Whelping Supplies will be inspected upon their return and in the case of faulty products, a replacement product will be sent at the expense of Whelping Supplies or a refund issued to the customers credit card according to the customers instructions.
